Public Involvement Network

Public Involvement

What is the Public Involvement Network?

The Public Involvement Network offers members a range of ways to engage with NHS Grampian. The network helps us ensure the public are involved in the NHS across Grampian.

How does it work?

By becoming a member of the Public Involvement Network, you will:
  • be added to our distribution list and receive regular NHS Grampian updates
  • receive an invitation to our annual event
  • be sent information about opportunities to be involved, and ways to give your views
You can choose to be involved in areas that interest you. This might include taking part in a small focus group, attending a local event to have your say about changes in your area, or completing surveys.

How can I join?

The Public Involvement Network is open to anyone in Grampian who has an interest in health related services.  To join our Network or to find out more, please email gram.involve@nhs.scot or call 01224 558098.

If you live in Moray you can also join your local Forum

The Moray Patient Participation Forum (PPF) is a network of individuals from a variety of backgrounds who all have an interest in health and social care services and who want to be involved in how they are designed and delivered.

Monthly forum meetings provide opportunities to scrutinise and monitor service delivery and inform decision making from the point of view of patients and service users, as well as supporting wider engagement and involvement in the planning and improvement of services.

For more information, please contact Fiona McPherson, Public Involvement Officer on 01343 567187 or involvement@moray.gov.uk.
